Company Limited by Guarantee, Transition and New Constitution
At the 2020 AGM it was agreed that the Club moves from an A.C.T Incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLBG) with a new Constitution to support that move.
As part of this significant change in the Club’s structure, defining a more stable future for the Club, all By-laws and Guidelines have been updated and reviewed to support and enhance the CLBG and its Constitution.
